02 / THE PROCESS

Start with a
conversation.

The details differ between ongoing online coaching and a private in-person session. Both begin with understanding the runner.

ONLINE COACHING

Plan, train, adjust.

  1. Get to know your training. Share your running background, current training, goals, race plans, schedule, injury history, and strength work.
  2. Build your plan. Your individualized training is delivered in Final Surge.
  3. Review and adapt. Workout feedback informs analysis and adjustments as your training and goals develop.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS · TORONTO

Meet and work together.

  1. Talk through your goals. Start with your experience, priorities, and what you want to work on in the session.
  2. Coach on the run. A 1:1 or duo session may include technique, drills, pacing, or a structured workout as appropriate.
  3. Keep the session focused. These are individually booked Toronto sessions, not an ongoing Final Surge training plan.
